Just recently purchased Vcarve Pro. After installing Vcarve searched online for some one on one training. Kyle's professionalism and extensive knowledge of Vcarve made it easy to pick up. While working on a big rush job today I was having issues with the cut file. In a panic I reached out to Kyle. Not only did he help me fix the issues and get me back up and running, I was able to finish cutting the order and deliver on time. Kyle went above and beyond and i cant thank him enough. Learn Your CNC - Kyle Ely provides excellent instruction in his courses and online Q&A sessions. He is the best at problem solving, troubleshooting, navigating Vectric Software. He treats people and problems with respect and does a great job of making a complicated issues look simple and understandable. I would recommend (and have recommended) his training program to CNC users, woodworking communities, woodworking clubs or woodworking retail stores.

I have been a member of Learn Your CNC for quite some time and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I am a retired University Professor (economics) so I may have a more critical evaluation than others might. The courses are outstanding - I find myself referring back to them regularly (sort of my own private Vectric support). Kyle is a gifted instructor in this environment, and is the consummate expert in his field. Recently adding AI supported search I am sure will be VERY helpful. I’ve only used it a couple of times, but it worked quite well. The weekly projects are excellent. Of course some are more to my liking than others, but I am sure the ones I do not particularly favor are top on someone else’s ranking as the quality is universally fine. The Q&A sessions twice a week are difficult for me to work in as many as I might like, but I do go back and at least browse them as there are plenty of tips from Kyle, and from other users. All-in-all it has been good value for money spent and I intend to stay with it as long as Kyle can keep it up.

Learn your CNC is a great tool for learning the Vectric software and taking your CNC experience to a hole new level, with Kyle's help you will be able to make your own projects just by following along with the group meetings, and the help from great fokes with years of CNC experience. Absolutely love Kyle and his method of teaching. Unfortunately I am on a fixed income and can't really afford to join his classes at this time. Learn Your cnc is without question the best site I have found for cnc training. Vectric cnc software is the gold standard but is very complex with a long learning curve. The master training course covers all aspects the software with lucid and concise lessons. The live Vectric group training is outstanding with Kyle answering questions submitted by participants and using live demos with Vectric software to answer the question. Kyle's approach is easy going and thorough. His depth of knowledge is quite impressive and he instructs without being pedantic. If you are serious about learning your cnc, invest in his courses. It is money well spent.

This experience with Learn Your CNC aka Kyle has been exceptional. Kyle has the knowledge of the VCARVE & ASPIRE software like he wrote the code. Kyle conducts weekly Q&A where he answers questions from highly skilled CNCrs to the beginners. We all learn together. They also have classes that take you from beginner to expert. The class quality is excellent. You go at your own speed, if you get stuck post a question for Q&A and Kyle will answer it personally in the one of the two sessions per week. He also records each Q&A with great search capabilities to find exactly what you need if you miss the Q&A. That's not all.. Each week Kyle does a live project so we can learn from that.

I have been owning and using CNC machines for over 14 years and and started off using Vectric software in the early years of the company, Version 3, and I have currently Aspire11.5. I am now retired and have wanted to get more in depth with the software like rotary projects, more in depth 3d models, 2 sided machining and other types of projects that are more challenging. Over the years I would go to Vectric training videos and other youtube videos when I was trying to figure out something. I found "LearnYourCNC" online and signed up for the course lessons. I went through all the lessons and now I know Aspire like I should to complete my designing and cnc work. I still forget how to do something so I go back to the topic in the course and that is how you learn quickly and not spend wasted hours searching somewhere else. I try to attend the Tues and Thurs Q&A each week and there is a wealth of information discussed not only from Kyle but from other CNCer's. I highly recommend the couse it is well worth the money, you will learn quickly and shortcut your learning process. Kyle has developed a unique style of training you and lots of advice to help you learn Vectric software and your CNC machine work.

I wanted to get into the CNC world of woodworking. I bought a good machine, purchased one of the better software packages, got everything all setup, and started reading. Oh boy. I was 74 when I started down this road. In all the years that I have purchased and used software, I’ve learned it’s all a bunch of junk if you can’t get support. My breakthrough day was when I found the link to “Learn My CNC”! Kyle’s way of teaching is straightforward and easy for me to comprehend. It has eliminated most of my frustration trying to figure out a problem that I know is not as complicated as I am making it. Once you’re signed up you will have access to a searchable database of other classes that will most likely have the answer you are looking for. And for those really stubborn problems that come along, you can always book a one on one session with Kyle. In the last two years I’ve done this twice, and Kyle solved my issues in a matter of minutes. Could I figure out most of my problems myself? Most likely, but it might take quite awhile, maybe a day or more. But I would rather spend that time watching my machine making something. If you are struggling with Vectric software or anything to do with your CNC then ‘Learn CNC Academy’ this is the place for you. The website is abound with knowledge, and if that is not enough for you then meetings are held twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday ) via Zoom where any and all questions both those previously asked on the website and those asked live on the meetings, are answered in detail and only when you are happy, will they move onto the next question. There are also live lessons which as a paid member, you can attend. Kyle Ely (the instructor) is extremely knowledgeable on all things CNC, and puts everything across in a very professional manner. You can also become a free member for a 7 day free trial which allows you access to all the lessons that have been recorded. Incidentally, all meetings are recorded so that should you miss one you can view it later! All in all, just phenomenal! Enjoy! 👍

I didn't think I would learn anything in the first few lesions. Boy was I wrong. The Circle section did provide me with new knowledge about the Circle function.

I have enjoyed the course so far. I’m only on chapter 2. I have been working on projects and struggling with getting the software to do what I want it to do, and the go to the next video in the course and find what I was trying to do. The course is well worth the money and time spent on it. I have recommended it to a guy at work that has had a cnc for sometime. I know how to do things he doesn’t know how to do because of the course. This is only a hobby right now as I work 12 hours a day at my job. So it’s going slow as time allows. Hopefully I can finish the course in the next few weeks.

Have attended many training sessions for CNC equipment before but have never had such a comprehensive teacher. I look forward to each 1:1 session and love the recordings so i can go back and watch again for parts I was needing a little more study on.

i have been enrolled in the Vectric Master training program for about three months now. Fortunately or unfortunately, I have been wintering in Texas for the past two months. This leaves my workshop and cnc machine back in cold Wisconsin. Like I said, for better or worst. This does leave me plenty of time with my laptop to follow the lesson plan and to practice with my software. I just can't actually cut what I've created at this time. I will share pics of my creations once I return to my workshop. I was the cnc programmer for a machine shop for more than 15 years before I retired. So I have some experience with Cad/Cam software. I just need to get proficient with Vectric. And this training program is just the ticket. Thank you for developing such a thorough experience.

After several years of making many mistakes, breaking and burning up bits and struggling to learn the Veric software thru You Tube. I decided to do something to eliminate my frustrations and disappointments. I saw Learn Your CNC on IDC Woodcraft's you tube channel and became very interested in what this software training had to offer. So after some research, I decided to sign up for the course. I must say, I wish I knew about this course when I purchased the Vetric software. Although, I have not completed the course, what I have take so far has given me the confidence using Vetric when creating projects. I like the way the course lessons are broken down, and let me tell you, there were so many features that I never used or understood. Additionally, the course provides you many documents and practice lessons to help you. SO far I have gone back to my project files and used what I learned to correct the many of my mistakes and reduce my time cutting the project. Another feature I like about this course, is the fact you can go back and review a lesson if needed. I would highly recommend to anyone starting out with Vetric software and CNC Woodworking to take this course. Thank you Kyle for putting this course together.

Learn your CNC has been an excellent training course. I’m doing some beautiful inlays, in my opinion, and I will at some point do some photo carving. Having the learning course available at any time is very helpful. The money for the course was well worth it and so much less expensive from other courses I’ve seen.

I am new to the CNC world and enrolled in the Vectric training program to have a structured way to learn and build confidence. The course has significantly accelerated my learning curve, and I often revisit previous lessons to develop mastery. I learn best by doing projects, and the hands-on approach has helped reinforce what I’m learning. While I’m a member of the community, I haven’t been able to attend live sessions due to scheduling conflicts, but overall the training has helped grow my abilities and given me a strong foundation. I look forward to completing all the modules and continuing my CNC journey.

Vectric master training course, changed my life and gave me a whole new perspective on the world of CNC projects. As a beginner, I have been exploring the program day after day for three good months and I also show you what I managed to do. My opinion is that such progress would not have been possible without Kyle and the product would have made no sense.

I have owned a carver since 2019 but never used it because I had difficulty with the software. I was looking for a course exactly like learn your cnc. A course that takes you from the absolute beginning advancing in a logical manner. I was a little concerned about the price but my position now is that I would have paid more because now I have a tool I can use and I feel I have an advocate I can reach out to when I need help

I chose to signup for the training to help me feel more confident with myself when I try to create something. I like the way things have been broken down to simple terms. My time is limited so I can’t just breeze through the programs so I like the fact that I can learn at my pace and go redo a class if I need to.

He teaches the basics of Vectric, and I wish I had taken it when I first got my CNC because it would have saved me hours and hours of time and frustration. It's kind of pricey, but for the knowledge you get it's worth it. And he does specials, I got mine last year when he did a Black Friday deal.

I did put up the money and it is money well spent. Yes you tube might help but it will take infinitely longer listening to peoples opinions and errors and personal stories with anecdotes that have nothing to do with the facts you need to know. Kyle is an absolute professional presenter. no bull. no photo bombing and absolute accuracy. plus the course is designed to build on each lesson. and there are quizzes to make sure you understand each lesson plus downloads. there is no comparison. It is worth every penny.

The price of the course just saved you a ton of money that would have been spent on broken bits, spoil boards, and turned hardwood into firewood. I was ready to give up on the whole CNC thing until I found Kyle's Master Course. Just starting the course and was very gratified that (1) my question showed up at the first meet - up via Zoom and (2) customer service took the initiative to email me after. I have been a member for over a year now and I have learned more in this time than I did in 15 years learning cnc vectric programs on my own. Kyle teaches v carve and aspire programs where he goes in depth about the programs. I have learned shortcuts and different ways of programming a part that I can than use on my cnc machine. I watch his zoom lessons on Tuesday and Thursday at 12 noon and also at 7 pm on Thursday evenings. If I miss any I can always go back and watch the replays on my own time. If your thinking about getting a cnc machine and how to learn the programs to run them, I highly recommend his courses which is easy to follow. Thank you Kyle for these wonderful courses.

Was struggling with the simplest things… Was struggling with the simplest things in designing with Aspire for 2 years. In 3 short months I can't believe what I can do now! Kyle gives Amazingly clear instructions!

One month ago I was presented with the option of attending a course on Vcarve PRO software. I was hesitant re the costs expecting an offhand overview of what the course entailed. I was however hoping to obtain as much as I could. Kyle Ely knew the material, knew the application of such, and knew what the "students" expecting that they wanted to learn. In my previous life as an IT profession I knew how difficult it would be to teach instead and outs of this vcarve pro software. As Kyle went through the chapters and levels, I was IMPRESSED that he had covered it all. Knowing the depths of the emerging technologies Kyle covered it all in many ways. It was not only the technical details but he taught several ways to approach the lesson. A natural born teacher. Not just teaching the material steps but also assisting the students different approaches thus saving time and many many shorts cuts. Personally I have taking several IT courses over the years and Kyle's approach and skill levels are on top. I could go on but the essence of what's being asked here I think it covered. I have never met Kyle, only thru the course and the questions and answers sessions but my thanks to you Kyle and of course to you staff follow ups but hope I can get the chance later. Gary Graham

The course is outstanding!! Kyle has a very soothing voice and speaks clearly.
